1. Operator and service
PlumWallet is operated by Francesco Dongo, a self-employed professional, VAT no. 14441480960. Contact: support@plumwallet.cloud. It is a web app for organising documents and details, managing expiry dates and sharing documents with other registered users.
Features also include attachment text search, bulk actions, change history, copies and linked renewals, trash recovery, and attachment sharing through a link and PIN with recipients without an account.
2. Access and accounts
Access the service through your browser with a personal account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and report unauthorised access. You must be an adult or have the consent and assistance of a parent or guardian where required.
3. Beta and current limits
PlumWallet is in beta: features, interface and limits may change. Storage and attachment limits are shown in your wallet and may vary according to platform and account settings. Supported formats are PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP. The website currently offers no subscriptions or app-store purchases. Any future paid offers will have specific terms.
4. Documents and permitted use
You remain responsible for uploaded content and must be entitled to store and share it, including other people’s information. Do not use the service for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ rights, malware distribution, unauthorised access or actions that interfere with its operation.
5. Sharing and permissions
Authorised users can share documents with view-only, edit or full-control access. Check recipients and permissions before confirming. Only the owner can move the document to trash: a recipient can leave their own share, including with view-only access. Any recipient can duplicate the document with optional attachments into their own wallet. For attachments shared by email, choose a duration or keep access until revoked; anyone with the link and PIN can access them while sharing is valid. Revocation does not remove downloaded or duplicated copies.
6. Expiry dates and reminders
Expiry dates come from user-entered information. Email reminders are an aid and may be delayed or fail to arrive. You remain responsible for checking dates and meeting your obligations; do not rely solely on reminders for important deadlines.
Renewal creates a copy linked to the previous document; the owner updates its details and confirms which version is current. AI renewal guidance, not active yet, will suggest a possible renewal process: guidance may be incomplete or incorrect and must be checked with the relevant authority. It will not renew documents on the user’s behalf.
7. Availability and document copies
Errors, maintenance and interruptions may occur during the beta. Keep original documents and independent copies of important information; you can export your archive from the account page. The service does not replace official documents or regulated legal preservation services. Mandatory rights and protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
Trash allows the owner to recover items for 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner. Trashed items use storage; restoring does not reactivate sharing or reminders. Text recognition may be incomplete and possible-duplicate warnings do not block uploads. History records changes since the feature was enabled and does not automatically restore previous values.
8. Privacy and content ownership
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents remain the property of their respective owners; the service processes them to provide requested functions. PlumWallet’s brand, design and software remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights.
9. Account closure and updates
You can export your data and delete your account from the account page. Accounts may be suspended or removed for abuse or security needs. Changes to the service or these terms will be published on the website or communicated where necessary, respecting applicable rights.
10. Governing law and contact
Italian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers. For support or questions about the service, contact support@plumwallet.cloud.
